Privacy policy

Last updated 22 September 2026. HP Factory is a personal tool with one user: its owner. It collects nothing from anyone else.

What it accesses

With the account owner's consent, it uses the Gmail API to read messages and labels in that owner's own mailbox and to insert a message into it. It does not hold the permission required to send mail.

What it stores

• its access token, on the owner's own computer;
• identifiers of notes it filed and replies it has acted on, so each reply is acted on once.

No mailbox content is copied to any server, and nothing is shared, sold or transferred.

Revoking access

Access ends immediately at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limited use

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
